1. Accounts & Registration

• To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of Services

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Mindlabs hardware or software.
• Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ALOMIND LABS PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Mindlabs.

4. Hardware Warranty & Returns

Mindlabs warrants that the hardware products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from (a) accident, abuse, misuse, or any unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly; (b) improper operation or maintenance; or (c) usage not in accordance with product instructions.
• Returns: Defective products may be returned for repair or replacement in accordance with our Return Policy. Please contact support to initiate a return authorization.

5. Subscription & Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ALOMIND LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
