In Ahmedabad, Chennai and Hyderabad, Mindlabs Anchor tracks the chillers and freezers that hold Zepto's chilled and frozen stock, including a dedicated milk chiller, frozen FMCG freezers and a dispatch freezer. In Bengaluru, it monitors the cold storage at three Zepto Café kitchens, where chillers hold chutneys and pastes, and freezers hold gravies, breads, desserts and breakfast items.
Every chamber has its own limit (−2 to 6°C for chillers and −25 to −14°C for freezers), and all six sites report to one dashboard.
